Two layers of true cooling microfiber, not mesh. The outer layer evaporates while the inner layer holds moisture, so the cooling lasts rather than fading in ten minutes. No ice packs, no refrigeration. Rewet it through the day as often as you like.
The dense, tightly woven fabric covers the back and chest, so it shades your dog as well as cools them. Adjustable Velcro chest straps give a snug fit, and it sits comfortably under most walking harnesses.
